Your information, handled with care
Nutrition Journal helps Antidote Suisse support your nutrition programme between appointments and prepare useful, personal sessions. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices you have.
What we may hold
Your client profile and contact details; the goals and concerns you choose to share; nutrition, wellbeing and symptom updates; questionnaire and WhatsApp replies; course progress and session material; consent and communication records; and invoice or payment status. Please share only information relevant to your programme.
How we use it
We use this information to provide your programme, prepare and follow up sessions, send agreed check-ins, maintain an accurate client record, prepare evidence-informed materials, manage invoices, keep the service secure and meet legitimate legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.
WhatsApp and AI-supported preparation
Journal processing is available only while you are enrolled and active, have consented, and the AI Journal setting is switched on. Messages from unknown or ineligible numbers are not accepted into the journal. Where AI assists with summaries or course preparation, we aim to send only the minimum relevant context and keep professional review and responsibility with Antidote Suisse. AI output is supporting material, not an emergency or medical diagnosis service.
Service providers and overseas processing
We may use carefully selected providers for secure hosting and databases, WhatsApp delivery, AI-supported drafting, document storage, accounting and payments. This may involve processing outside Singapore. We use providers and safeguards intended to maintain protection comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act requirements. The current production provider list is available from our privacy contact.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, ask how it has been used or disclosed, change communication preferences, or withdraw consent with reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean that journal analysis, WhatsApp check-ins or parts of the programme can no longer continue. We will explain the practical effect before acting on a withdrawal request.
Security, retention and incidents
We use access controls, audit records, encryption-capable services and tested privacy gates to protect client information. We retain information only while it is needed for the programme or a legitimate business or legal purpose, then securely archive or dispose of it under our retention process. A records hold or applicable legal or accounting requirement may delay deletion. If a data incident is assessed as requiring notification, we will notify the relevant parties in accordance with applicable requirements.
